PILATES REFORMER - BASICS

A slower paced class aimed to teach you the basic Pilates techniques. If you are a beginner you will become familiar with the Reformer and the different ways in which it can be used. And for those already with some experience different variations will be offered along with the use of props.
 
Suitable for new comers and those who prefer to slow down and focus on their technique and physical needs.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get fit and toned, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own.

BODYCOMBAT

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our highly-trained expert instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champions.

PILATES REFORMER - STRENGTH & CARDIO

Take your Reformer classes to the next level!
A combination of muscle conditioning exercises utilizing not only the reformer, but also hand weights, barbells, resistance bands and other equipment with intervals of high and low impact cardiovascular exercises for a fun, calorie-blasting workout.
*Not suitable for clients without the experience working out on the Reformer!

RPM

Ride to music, get lean, burn calories and improve your fitness with RPM™ - a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. DEEP YOGA STRETCH

The perfect prescription for flexibility on legs, back and hips, increasing the range of movement all while improving the alignment and length of the entire body.
This session invites you on the mat to go deeper in your practice & restore the body, ready for the week ahead.

TRX PILATES BURN

This 55-minute class combines the best of Polestar Pilates Mat with innovative TRX suspension exercises woven into a unique fusion of functional training. Our suspension training incorporates interchangeable resistance bands for an even more targeted and challenging workout!

BOX-FIT

Boxing-inspired, full-body strength and conditioning class. The 8-round, 50-minute workout is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training. Immerse yourself in our dark studio, where the fusion of energizing tunes and our state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems will help you de-stress, while our inspiring instructors will make sure you defend your fitness goals and lead you to victory!

ZUMBA TONING

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!.
