LOW IMPACT, YET CHALLENGING!
During a BARRE class, you will do a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
The class incorporates various props to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as gliding discs for targeted core work.

This specialized class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas.
With regular practice, the yoga wheel helps newbies and intermediate students backbend more easily while increasing more flexibility in the spine, shoulders, quads, and hips as well as improving balance.
The class will sync movement with breath while mixing vinyasa style yoga and wheel practice together for a wonderful heart-opening experience.
