Cancellation policy

Should you wish to cancel a booking please be reminded that this needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or personal training session.

In the case of late cancellation or no-show there will be no refund.

A circuit-based class that combines state-of-the-art equipment with bodyweight stations to train and condition the whole body and take your fitness to a new level.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*.

 

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

 

You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

NOK-OUT!

Boxing-inspired, full-body strength and conditioning class.

The 8-round, 50-minute workout is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training.

 

Immerse yourself in our dark studio, where the fusion of energizing tunes and our state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems will help you de-stress, while our inspiring instructors will make sure you defend your fitness goals and lead you to victory!

INDOOR CYCLING

Ride to music, get lean, burn calories & improve your fitness with RPM™ - a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session**. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Immerse yourself with our state-of-the-art dark-lit room, equipped with unmatched sound and vision!

BODYSTEP

  

In a BODYSTEP Athletic class, you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.

 

Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way. You can burn up to 620 calories* and you’ll leave buzzing with satisfaction.

PILATES REFORMER

 Reformer Pilates will work on improving posture, balance and core strength. The perfect accompaniment to any other type of exercise, improving alignment and technique to help prevent injury and move with greater efficiency.

PILATES MAT

This class will develop a deep connection between mind and body, to create better postural awareness, greater flexibility, and improved core strength.

 

Increase body confidence by improving strength, balance, and flexibility to help prevent injury and encourage yourself to lead a more active and productive life.

BARRE

LOW IMPACT, YET CHALLENGING!

 

During a BARRE class, you will do a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

 

The class incorporates various props to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as gliding discs for targeted core work.

VINYASA YOGA

A vinyasa flow smoothly connects poses together to help build strength and flexibility through breath and sequence. Take a deeper look at how correct alignment can help prevent injury and create a stronger practice. Build heat in the body through sun salutations, stretches and relaxation at the end of the session to ease tension as you melt into Savasana. Leave feeling totally energised. DEEP YOGA STRETCH

The perfect prescription for flexibility on legs, back and hips, increasing the range of movement all while improving the alignment and length of the entire body.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Experience the healing benefits of our restorative yoga practice!  You will use bolsters, blocks and straps to address the need for better support, enabling you to achieve greater sensitivity and awareness in your yoga practice.

 

The integrated restorative hands-on adjustments will leave you feeling deeply stretched & rejuvenated, bringing the body into refined balance.

TRX PILATES BURN

This 55-minute class combines the best of Polestar Pilates Mat with innovative TRX suspension exercises woven into a unique fusion of functional training. Our suspension training incorporates interchangeable resistance bands for an even more targeted and challenging workout!
