LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

 

Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ PLYO this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

HIIT STEP

HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB.

Designed to bespoke soundtracks that have been created by some of the UK’s top House DJs, HIITSTEP is a high energy class that pushes you to NEW limits. 

We throw in another 20 minutes of core work and finish with a well-deserved cooldown.

BODYSTEP™ by LES MILLS™

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a BODYSTEP Athletic class, you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.

BARRE

LOW IMPACT, YET CHALLENGING!

During a BARRE class, you will do a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

The class incorporates various props to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as gliding discs for targeted core work.

PILOXING®

Uniquely blending two of the industry's most powerful and timeless disciplines of Pilates and Boxing, PILOXING adds a third element of dance into this high-energy interval workout.  

This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to 'let yourself GO' dance releases, and back around again. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa classes are often quite dynamic, which requires the mind to stay focused in the present. The practice itself is like a moving meditation.

 

Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.

 

Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another. Your class will most likely include Sun Salutations. Vinyasa yoga is almost like a dance with synchronized breath and movements.

GENTLE VINYASA YOGA

Slow Flow Beginner - Intermediate Full Body Vinyasa Class with a series of poses building strength & flexibility. A yoga Wheel is incorporated in the practice to support challenging poses, and offer therapeutic benefits by creating more space in the body. This specialized class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas.

YIN YOGA

Forget fast-paced ashtanga or sweaty Bikram – slow, simple yin yoga is the class to choose if you want to calm the mind and stretch the body. Just make sure you wear some warm clothes.

A Yin class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses which mainly work the lower part of the body targeting hips, pelvis, inner thighs & lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissue and holding the pose for 3-5mins we gently stretch & stress the connective tissue making your body a little longer and stronger.
