BEAT CARDIO FUSION
One hour full-body cardiovascular and strength workout that integrates a more challenging and varied set of exercises. This indoors bootcamp-style workout requires very little equipment using your own body weight as resistance.You can expect sprints, jogging, jumping jacks, boxing, planks, push ups, squat thrusts & core exercises, all giving you a high number of calories burned per session.
In addition, it is safe for everyone as modifications are offered to participants who are carrying injuries or are just sensitive to certain movements, as well for beginners.
At The BEAT you should rest assured your knees and feet are always well protected thanks to our high absorbing sprung floor and your lungs will breathe at their Max VO2 due to our HEPA filtered air in the studio!
